Return Process
Inspection at Delivery
Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the order in the presence of our delivery personnel. If there is any defect or discrepancy in the product received, customers must notify the delivery person immediately.

Customers may only return items at the time of delivery if they are found to be defective or incorrect.
Once the delivery is completed and the delivery person leaves, returns will not be accepted.
